Elevator Service Provider Terms & Conditions

This document details the terms and conditions (“Terms”) between My Elevator Service (“Company”) and Elevator Service Providers (“Providers”) who wish to purchase Premium Services (“Services”).

The Company is doing business as My Elevator Service and is a business entity known as STELLAR MARKETING SERVICES LLC with an address in Connecticut.

Providers are elevator companies that service, maintain, repair or modernize elevators in the USA and are listed on the Company web site. All Providers in the USA are eligible to request a free listing which contains basic contact information including the business name, address, phone number and classification information.

Services are provided to help the Providers increase the awareness of their company on the web site and increase demand for the Providers service offerings.

Services include three packages as defined on the For Service Providers page on this web site.

Other Services may include advertising and web site metrics, as defined in a separate Provider specific proposal document.

Payments for Services are to be received in advance. If the payment is not received, then the Service will not begin.

Services may be canceled at any time. The Service will discontinue when the duration of the contract expires. No refunds will be provided for payments made for Services by the Provider.

Services will automatically renew at the end of the contract period for another term equal to the same contract period. Payments must be made in order for the Services to be enabled on the web site. If payments are not received, the listing will be downgraded to a free listing with only basic contact information.
