My Elevator Service announces R.E.N.E.W. modernization services to help small building owners.
My Elevator Service has launched a new, innovative 5 step elevator modernization service called R.E.N.E.W to assist small building owners upgrade their aging elevator systems.
“Our clients asked for assistance to guide them through affordable options for the modernization of their elevators. Most have either 1 or 2 elevators in their buildings and they need unbiased, independent expertise without the expense of using a major elevator consultant.” Chris Bowler, an elevator industry veteran and Owner of My Elevator Service said. “In the US elevator market, 70-80% of buildings have just 1 or 2 elevators which represents about 750,000 elevators. We expect that about a third of these elevators will require an elevator modernization in the next 5 years.”
Using the 5 step R.E.N.E.W. process, My Elevator Service will:
- Review the existing maintenance contract and technology
- Explain the available options
- conduct a Needs assessment
- Engineer a specification
- Weigh the benefits of each proposal
Chris added, “We started My Elevator Service to help explain elevator service contracts as they can be confusing because of the complex terminology, especially for small building owners. Our free RFP service helps our clients find a new elevator service company and we analyze and summarize the proposals from the companies, so they get the best value elevator service for their individual needs. We’re excited to expand and provide an affordable elevator modernization service to this large market.”
